In the wild
A 2023 study shrank Dunkleosteus from up to 30 ft to ~11–13 ft, with a chunky, tuna-like body. Its mouth was about twice as big as a great white's.
Source: case.eduA 2006 study found its jaws opened in about 1/50 of a second and packed ~8,000 psi at the fang tips, rare for a fish to be both fast and powerful.
